At ASI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window & Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included. We do not designate any products as “final sale,” but for safety and compliance, any item showing signs of use, installation, or modification may be refused.
Used Products
Used products are not eligible for a refund, regardless of return timing. Our team will inspect all returned items upon arrival. If we determine that a product has been used, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Refund Method & Timeline
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. In these cases, we will make it right, and return shipping and restocking fees are waived.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@asiwsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
